Originally from the Philadelphia suburbs of Pennsylvania, Dr. Frank obtained his bachelor of science degree in pre-medicine from Pennsylvania State University. He graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine (now a part of Temple University) in Philadelphia, PA, in 1996. Formal surgical training / residency completed Dr. Frank's training at Germantown Hospital and Medical Center (now a part of Albert Einstein Medical Center) in Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. Frank began to practice in St. Louis with the Foot and Ankle Center and has also recently worked with Feet for Life Podiatry Centers, where he has treated many local and regional patients in the greater St. Louis area, St. Charles County, and Southern Illinois. Over this time, Dr. Frank has provided care in numerous offices and hospitals but has now decided to focus his full effort on one single office with state-of-the-art equipment. This equipment includes digital X-rays, diagnostic ultrasound, electronic medical records and billing (powered by NextGen) and E-prescribing, where most prescriptions can be sent instantly to most pharmacies to be ready for patient pickup at his or her convenience.
As a father of five children, Dr. Frank has the patience and skill to treat many pediatric foot conditions in addition to adult and geriatric patients. Dr. Frank is board-certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He currently resides in West County with his wife and children.
